Hours
We are open 10:00am - 4:00pm, Monday through Saturday, and are closed on Sunday. We operate by appointment only. That being said, we are very flexible, so should you need to come a little early, a bit later, or another day, just check with us first.
Payments
Payments to PurrsnicKitty include cash, checks, and online payments via your KennelBooker account (see the Bookings page for details). Online transactions are processed by Stripe, a top global payments provider.
Stripe powers online financial transactions for businesses of all sizes around the world, and is the most secure payments platform, certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1.
Your data and customer card information is totally secure with Stripe. Your payments are processed and transferred directly to PurrsnicKitty's bank, outside of KennelBooker. KennelBooker takes care of the bookings, and Stripe handles the money. In partnership with Stripe, KennelBooker provides access to Stripe for your payment convenience - your data and money will never be handled by KennelBooker.
Payments may be made a variety of ways through Stripe - cards, bank debits, transfers, wallets, etc. Whatever method you choose, you are safe with Stripe. We will be purchasing a handheld Stripe terminal so you may make boarding payments and pay for any purchases from our shop at the PurrsnicKitty.
We currently do not have any deposit requirements or payment schedule for when payment is due, other than invoices are expected to be paid in full by or at pick-up. Once your booking request is confirmed, you will receive an email and invoice from PurrsnicKitty, detailing your reservation and the total cost. If you would like to pay a portion of your bill ahead of time, and the balance at pickup, you may. For the time being we are flexible.
Immunizations & Carriers
All boarders must be current on their FVRCP and rabies
immunizations prior to being allowed to board at PurrsnicKitty. You may obtain a copy from your vet and email it to us, or have your vet email them directly to us. We must have your records prior to your kitty's arrival for boarding. Additionally, all cats must arrive in a carrier, and you may leave your carrier with us during their stay if you prefer.
Food
It is best not to disrupt your cat's normal food/diet, so you will need to bring enough food to cover his/her stay at PurrsnicKitty, plus enough for a few extra days. When traveling, you never know when you may encounter a delay/delays . . . or maybe you like that vacation so much you decide to stay a few extra days! If anything like this occurs, you will need to contact us ASAP to make sure we have the space to accommodate your cat(s) for the extended time. PurrsnicKitty has regular wet/canned and dry food available for emergency situations. However, if your cat is on a veterinarian prescribed diet for a medical condition, it is imperative that your bring enough food. PurrsnicKitty is not authorized to purchase additional prescription food on your behalf.
Medication & Supplements
We are happy to administer medication(s) and/or supplement(s) for no additional fee. As directed by your veterinarian, we will administer oral, aural, salves, and insulin injections for diabetes. Please note that State Regulations require all medications be in
their original containers with pet's name and dosage printed on the label. As with food, please bring more than enough medications and needed equipment (fresh needles, syringes) to last your pet's stay.
Sick or Injured Boarders - Agreement for Veterinary Services
Should anything like this occur, you may request your pet be taken to your regular veterinarian if located within 20 miles of PurrsnicKitty, and provided an appointment is available. Otherwise, your kitty will be seen by a local veterinarian. If we deem the situation an emergency, the state-of-the-art emergency clinic, PET+ER, is literally just 8 minutes from PurrsnicKitty, and open 24 hours. We will contact
you or your emergency contact using the information you gave us for your file, to inform you, and keep you informed, of the situation. By signing our digital Boarding agreement, you have agreed to pay
for any necessary veterinarian services.
Pest Free Facility
We pride ourselves on maintaining a clean and pest free facility. Please make sure your cat is flea free before coming to PurrsnicKitty, and apply flea control if needed. Should we find your kitty has fleas during his/her stay with us, we will provide your cat with a veterinary approved flea treatment
and do what is necessary to eliminate them from its condo and the facility. You may be
charged an additional fee at checkout, depending on the extent of the infestation.
