The system will immediately notify us of your request, which we will review and respond to within 24 hours. If we find any potential conflicts with existing reservations, or have any questions, you will be contacted before your request is confirmed and the reservation is made. The system will email you of the status of your request as it is updated, and once confirmed by us, your reservation will be added to the system calendar. Cancellations and booking changes may also be made online, or you may contact us and we can make the changes for you, provided the desired accommodations and days are available. Subsequently, you will be able to just directly login to your account.
It is advisable to book early for peak times - Spring Vacation, holidays, and most of the Summer.
